Kathe Kirby AM is Executive Director of the Global Education Leaders’ Partnership. She was Executive Director of Asialink and Asia Education Foundation at The University of Melbourne for 28 years following a career in school education. She is currently Education Specialist for the Australian Learning Lecture and Papua New Guinea-Australia Secondary Schools initiative. Kathe is an Independent Director of Koshland Innovation Fund and former Board Director of Education Services Australia, Foundation for Young Australians, Australia Malaysia Institute and The Myer Foundation Beyond Australia Committee. She was also a Ministerial appointment to the Australian National Asian Languages and Studies in Schools Program Reference Group.
